WHALE TAILS

Burlington, VT - These whale tails are located off Rte. 89 in Burlington VT. The originally stood just off the Randolph VT exit until they were moved here. They are made of Black Granite and are 13 ft. tall and weigh six tons.

As you may have noticed I have been lax in posting lately, well I've been traveling quite a bit lately and will be gone again next week to the windy city on business. Hopefully, I will be able to do some posting while I am away.

Wiscassett and Camden, ME - When I was walking around Camden and Wiscassett I saw many church steeples but the churches were obsucured by trees, which is not a bad thing, so I was able to get a a few photos of these beautiful steeples. I was also able to get photos of some of the churches.

Wiscassett Church, I believe this is has been turned into a antique store.

A DAY ALONG THE BANTAM RIVER

Litchfield, CT - Today my wife dropped me off at the Bantam River in Litchfield to do a little kayaking while she had to do some things a few towns away

There were a few people on the river with their kayaks. These two women were out enjoying the day.

No these people are not walking on water, they are walking over the swamp on a wooden walkway. This part of the Bantam River and this pond, Little Pond, are part of the White's Woods Conservation area.

Hot Babes
As I passed these women while they taking a break one of them asked if I would like a pretzel, I explained that I had to get back to the pick up spot where my wife would be waiting for me. Just as I passed them I saw a few bluebirds, so I stopped to see if I could get a photo. They flew away before I was able to get the photo so I went back and asked if they would not mind if I took their photo. One of them said that if I was late just tell your wife that I stopped to take a photo of some hot babes...that is exactly what I did.

CAMDEN MAINE - DOG FRIENDLY TOWN

Camden ME - I noticed that Camden seemed to be a dog friendly town.

Here are five dogs at the Windjammer Festival.

Here is a water bowl in front of the Kindred Spirits Gallery where pets are welcome and dogs can ask for a treat.
