CONFUSED FLOWERS

Someone forget to tell these daffodils that it is still winter. January 6th and the temperature got up to 69 degrees. Hello…this is January in Massachusetts. These flowers are going to have a rude awakening when winter finally gets here.

I am wondering if these flowers and the other things that are flowering around here are going to be able to go dormant again for the rest of Jan. and Feb. and then bloom in the spring. Everything is messed up.

Hmmm...seems we're getting the extreme weather here on the coast...things that are usually always already apparent are nowhere in sight.

And it's certainly not warm. Wind chill factors take care of that.

But your photo reminds me that Spring can't be far away!
