IN CONTRAST TO HOME

Oxford, CT - We went down to Oxford, CT for a New Years Day dinner and there was no snow. Almost all the way down it was snowing heavily but when we got as far as Waterbury the snow turned to rain. But on returning home we had about 5 or 6 inches of new snow. What a difference 50 miles makes.
