FLUFFY TAILS

Here are some cattails getting ready to send their seeds to the winds to make more cattails. Is a cattail seedling called a kittentail?

I'm afraid I have only one more posting until my move...and my move to dial-up. Posted by Picasa

Lovely.

Once when I was a kid, my cousin and I picked several cat tails and brought them into my grandmother's house and put them in a vase. Sure enough, before too long, her entire bar was covered in fuzz.
Luckily she had a sense of humor about it - it WAS pretty funny.
