LONG WEEKEND IN THE BERKSHIRES

Great Barrington, MA - My wife and I took a ride up to Great Barrington to walk around and check out the shops. We were there on July 2, which was a big mistake because half of New Jersey and New York was there; it was very crowded(I don't like crowds). Many people from NY and NJ have summer homes in the Berkshires as well as Litchfield County Connecticut.

Looks like a nice town. I don't mind crowds, but I hate traffic!

Traffic was very bad. Along with the Holiday, there was an art expo nearby.

This is actually a side road just off Main Street. It has a lot of shops on it, as does Main Street.

The town looks old like our town and there are a lot of cars parked on the street and that's not like our town. Our town has one or two cars in the same length of street.
