BELTED GALLOWAYS

Bethlehem, CT - I was traveling through Bethlehem and remembered seeing some Belted Galloway cows and wanted to get a photo of them. Unfortunately the full grown cows were not out back and only the heifers were close to the road. The heifers look too lanky and don't look quite as round as the adults.

The Belted Galloway is a cross between the Scottish breed Galloway and the Dutch Belted. I just think they look cool.
