National Shrine of the Divine Mercy - Stockbridge MA - I assume these are the graves of the priests that live at the shrine. Of special note are the two graves of the Brothers that are World War II vets; I wonder if they were Chaplins or became Brothers after the war?

Lourdes Grotto Replica

Stockbridge MA - National Shrine of the Divine Mercy - This is a replica of the Lourdes Grotto where Bernadette Soubirous sees the Apparition of the Virgin Mary in 1858.






A statue of Bernadette Soubirous. I noticed that people left a lot of rosary beads around. The rosary beads looked like plastic bead that you would not mind throwing away. I wonder if they sell them in the gift shop there?

Fr. Stanislaus Papczynski - Founder of the Marians

Stockbridge MA - Shrine of the Divine Mercy - This statue is of Fr. Stanislaus Papczynski founder of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception. A religious order founded in Poland in the middle of a time when Poland was being attacked by many other nations. It is an order devoted to Mary's Immaculate Conception. This statue is on the grounds of the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Stockbridge MA.
