Spring Lake Ranch Farm Stand

Cuttingsville, VT - I saw this sign and stand and I though the mural would make an interesting photo. I did some research and found that Spring Lake Ranch offers alternative treatment for adults with mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. So, any purchase here goes to support the ranch. Wyland Whaling Wall - Portsmouth NH

Portsmouth, NH - This mural is called "Isles of Shoals Humpbacks" whaling wall. It was the 37th Whaling Wall painted by Wyland. He paints these to raise public awareness of these whales. The mural is in bad shape and needs repair. A group was formed in 2008 to help save the wall.



The white spots you see are places where repairs have been made to repair the wall but have obscured the paint job.

Pittsfield, MA - These two murals were painted in 1998 by William F. Blake and Jay Tobin. They represent police of two different eras. You would think that the bicycle officer would be the older one?

BROCKTON'S GREEN MONSTER

Brockton, MA - Fenway Park's "Green Monster" is painted on the side of a building that houses a W.B. Mason store. W.B. Mason is a office supply company that sponsors the Red Sox. The W.B. Mason logo is prominently displayed on the real "Monster". So, "Who But W.B.Mason" would have this on the side of their building.
